Can someone explain to me why in the space of one year (Miquelle moving from elementary school to middle school) that all of a sudden wearing a coat is SO uncool? We woke up to tons of snow this morning and as Miquelle was leaving the house (in just a tee shirt) I reminded her to grab her coat. She looked at me like I had just told her to not forget to wear a big purple elephant on her head. I don't get it.
